How long is the free trial?

14 days, with every feature. No card is needed to start.

Is there a contract?

No. Solo is billed monthly and you can cancel any time.

Can I pay through the App Store, or on the web?

Either. On iPhone and iPad you can subscribe in the app through the App Store, at the price the App Store shows you. On the web you subscribe by card. If you move from the App Store to web billing, cancel the App Store subscription in your Apple account settings. We cannot cancel it for you.

When are the team plans coming?

Studio and Practice are on the way. Email support@treeatlas.app and we will tell you when they open.

What happens if I stop paying?

Recording stops, but nothing is deleted. Your trees stay on your account and CSV export stays free. Subscribe again and you carry on where you left off.

Can I get a refund?

See our refund policy for the details. App Store purchases are refunded through Apple under its rules.
